Bacteriostatic Water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic preservative. It is a standard laboratory reconstitution supply used in preclinical and research settings for the preparation of lyophilized research compounds. The 10mL multi-use format supports larger research protocols requiring repeated reconstitution draws from a single preserved vial.
