Bring serious partners into Nexara and earn override bonuses when they produce qualified sales. One level only — no downlines, no pyramid structure.
How Commissions Work
Commissions are calculated on qualifying completed orders after discounts, refunds, chargebacks, and non-commissionable costs are removed.
Taxes, shipping, personal purchases, refunded orders, replacement orders, failed payments, and suspicious self-referrals do not qualify.
Retail partners can earn up to 25%. Wholesale and strategic partnerships are reviewed separately and may qualify for custom terms.
Payouts are reviewed after a 30-day hold period to protect both Nexara and its partners.
Wholesale & Strategic Partnerships
Wholesale and strategic referral opportunities are reviewed separately. Approved wholesale partners may qualify for custom commission structures based on volume, margin, and long-term relationship value.
Partner Compliance
Nexara Labs USA is an RUO-focused research brand. Partners must follow approved messaging guidelines. The following are not permitted in any partner content (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, blog posts, email, paid ads, or any other channel):
- Human-use claims (dosing protocols, personal outcomes, before/after content)
- Therapeutic, medical, or wellness benefit claims
- Testimonials or personal endorsements
- References to testing, third-party labs, HPLC, mass spec, endotoxin testing, COAs, or batch documentation
- Implied human consumption
No medical, dosing, human-use, treatment, or misleading promotional language is allowed. Non-compliant marketing may result in commission reversal or account termination.

How much can I earn?
Approved partners can earn 10% to 25% on qualified retail referral sales, depending on lifetime performance tier.
Can I recruit other partners?
Yes. Approved partners can invite other affiliates and earn a 3% Partner Builder Bonus on their qualified sales. Top recruiters may qualify for 5%.
Is this multi-level?
No. Nexara only allows one level of Partner Builder Bonuses. There are no deep levels, no downlines, and no pyramid-style structure.
Do wholesale referrals qualify?
Wholesale referrals are reviewed separately. Approved wholesale referrals may qualify for custom commission terms based on volume and margin.
When are commissions paid?
Commissions are held for 30 days, then become payable if the order remains valid and no refund, chargeback, or compliance issue occurs.
Can personal purchases count?
No. Personal purchases do not count toward commissions, tier progress, or Partner Builder Bonuses.
