This page exists because "For Research Use Only" is meaningful only when it's structural rather than cosmetic. Below is the explicit list of what we sell, what we deliberately do not sell, what we do not say about our products, and what we ask of customers and affiliates.

What we sell

Nexara Labs USA sells laboratory research compounds and the reconstitution materials needed to work with them. Our catalog at present is 18 research peptides plus two SKUs of bacteriostatic water for reconstitution. Every peptide is third-party tested for purity, identity, and endotoxin contamination before shipping.

Customers are qualified researchers using these compounds for laboratory research purposes. We do not sell to consumers, patients, or end-users seeking the products for personal therapeutic use. Our verification gate at site entry requires customers to confirm they are 18+ and acknowledge research-use-only intent before they can browse the catalog. Verification timestamps are stored on every order placed.

What we deliberately do not do

No therapeutic, medical, or human-use claims

Nothing on this site describes any product as treating, preventing, curing, alleviating, modifying, or otherwise affecting any condition, disease, or biological state in humans. Product descriptions are constrained to research-context language: what pathway the compound interacts with in published research, what testing methodology verifies its identity and purity, what storage and handling conditions apply.

You will not find phrases like "supports", "promotes", "aids", "improves", "boosts", "enhances", or any equivalent applied to a body system or human outcome. Those words are absent by design.

No dosing, administration, or injection guidance

We do not publish reconstitution calculators, syringe-unit converters, dose-by-bodyweight tools, administration schedules, or any other guidance that would translate a research compound into an injection or administration plan. This is a structural omission rather than a disclaimer-based one. We've chosen not to ship those tools because they operationalize injection prep regardless of how the disclaimer is worded.

If you arrive on this site expecting a reconstitution calculator or dose chart, you'll find we don't have one. That's intentional.

No before-and-after marketing or testimonials about outcomes

We do not publish customer testimonials describing personal health outcomes, before-and-after imagery, or any testimonial-style content that would communicate a therapeutic claim through implication. Testimonials about shipping speed, customer service quality, packaging, and similar non-outcome topics are acceptable and may appear from time to time. Outcome-based testimonials are not.

No marketing of products as alternatives to approved drugs

We do not position any research compound as a "safe alternative to" or "research version of" any approved pharmaceutical. We do not run side-by-side comparisons of research compounds against approved drugs framed as choices a customer would make for personal use.

What we ask of customers

At the verification gate, every visitor confirms three statements before they can access the site:

1. They are 18 years of age or older
2. They are a qualified researcher
3. They understand all products are sold for research use only and are not intended for human consumption

These acknowledgments are required again at checkout for every order, with timestamps stored on the order record. We rely on customers to be honest at this gate. Misrepresentation at the verification gate is a material breach of our Terms of Service.

What we ask of affiliates

Affiliates promoting Nexara Labs USA agree explicitly that their content will not make therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, or human-use claims; will not reference dosing, administration, or injection; will not include before/after imagery or personal-outcome testimonials; and will not describe any product as a "safe alternative" to an approved drug. Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commission. Full details on the Affiliate Program page.

Jurisdictions where we do not ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not accept orders from jurisdictions where research-use-only peptide supply is restricted by local law, regardless of whether they are inside or outside the United States. Customers are responsible for understanding the legal status of research compounds in their jurisdiction; placing an order is a representation that you have done so.

Why this matters

The peptide research category is currently in a regulatory environment where enforcement targets the marketing language and product positioning, not just the product classification. Sites that use the "research use only" disclaimer while marketing products with implicit human-use signals are receiving warning letters. Sites that are structurally compliant — meaning their copy, their architecture, their affiliate program, and their checkout process all line up with research-use-only — are operating in clearer territory.

We've built Nexara Labs USA structurally compliant because we think it's the only durable position. The disclaimer alone is not the protection — the substance behind the disclaimer is.

Entity disambiguation

Nexara Labs USA operates only at nexaralabsusa.com. We are not affiliated with, owned by, or related to the separate entity at nexaralabs.co, which is a different company under different ownership. The compliance posture, testing methodology, payment infrastructure, affiliate program, and shipping terms documented on this page apply only to Nexara Labs USA. We make no representations about the practices of nexaralabs.co.
