- 08Reorders may qualify for reduced minimums based on order history, volume, and availability.
- 09Nexara Labs USA reserves the right to approve, pause, or decline any wholesale or private-label order at its discretion.
- All products are supplied strictly for research use only and may not be marketed for human or animal consumption.
- Partners must use clear research-use-only language on product pages, labels, invoices, and customer-facing materials.
- No medical, health, weight-loss, bodybuilding, anti-aging, recovery, dosing, injection, or treatment claims are permitted in partner materials.
- Partners are responsible for their own sales channels, marketing language, and customer-facing compliance.
- Partners may not use the Nexara Labs USA name, logo, images, or branding unless approved in writing.
- All partner brands are expected to maintain a clean, premium, research-focused presentation.
